ASHRAY LOGISTICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is envisioned with the objective to provide total and integrated logistics solution to corporate and industrial units including warehousing facilities and supply chain management.
The main promoter of the Company is Mr. PARASHAR LOHIA, aged 45 years. He has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in the logistics industry. He has been in the logistics industry for the last 25 years. He is well experienced and has good knowledge of the logistics industry with his family being in the logistics business for the past 50 years.
Ashray Logistics India Private Limited proposes to provide complete logistic solutions, starting with warehousing facility, to various industries operating and proposed to operate at AMRL Hi-Tech City, Nanguneri SEZ, Tirunelveli District. This SEZ, is an operational Multipurpose, multi product SEZ spread over an area of 2500 acres. Demand of warehousing facility at such place is very high due to the cluster of various industries operational and proximity to Tuticorin Port.
It aims to provide complete logistics solutions with bonded and general warehousing facilities with value added service under one roof. The proposed unit envisages providing the facility in the field of safe and secure storage of industrial goods by making state of the art warehouses and build to suit warehouses with all required safety measures. Added advantage will be providing supply chain management for the goods in the warehouse with door-to-door solutions.
Ashray has signed MoU with Government of Tamil Nadu on 21/08/15. By way of this MoU, Government of Tamil Nadu will provide facilitation and support to the company in the form of incentives as per MSMI Policy 2008, infrastructural support and regulatory facilitation.
Additionally, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce (SEZ Section) has approved Ashray as the Co-Developer dated 28/09/15 for providing infrastructure facilities in the multi-product SEZ at Nanguneri, Tamil Nadu being developed by M/s. AMRL Hi Tech City Limited.
